Retirement system and its implementation

  • In accordance with the provisions of the Labor Standards Law, employees who choose to apply the retirement pension system of the labor pension regulations will be allocated 6% of their monthly salary to the individual pension account of the Labor Insurance Bureau. For the payment of employee retirement pensions, if there is a related company’s seniority, the pension payment shall be paid in accordance with the old system of labor retirement reserve special account for the related company’s seniority.

  • The company regularly handles labor safety and health management matters, implements automatic inspections and work environment determination, and continuously improves various safety and health measures to create a safe, healthy, comfortable and friendly working environment.
  • Strengthen the handling of various safety and health education, training, publicity, and drills to effectively strengthen employees' work safety awareness, intelligence and resilience to ensure their work safety.
  • Regularly conduct employee health inspections, provide preferential employees to purchase company health products, and care about the health of employees.
  • When entering the laboratory, all personnel of our company need to wear lab coats and shoes to avoid contamination from chemical or microbial operations, and to maintain the work safety of operators.
